Order Tracking Guide
We understand that once your order is placed, knowing where your timepiece is becomes a priority. This page explains everything you need to know about tracking your Aldric Voss order — including what to expect, what is normal, and what to do if something seems off.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Once your order has been dispatched by our fulfillment partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. This email is typically sent within 2–5 business days of your order being confirmed, depending on processing time.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. If you still cannot locate it after 7 business days, contact us at support@aldricvoss.com and we will provide your tracking details directly.
Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?
This is one of the most common questions we receive, and we want to reassure you: a lack of tracking updates in the first few days is completely normal and does not indicate any problem with your order.
Important: After receiving your tracking number, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking system to display the first scan updates. International shipments travel through multiple logistics hubs and sorting facilities before tracking information is registered in the carrier's online system. This delay is standard across all international carriers and does not affect your delivery.
Why Does International Tracking Take Longer to Update?
International orders, particularly those shipped across continents, pass through several stages before arriving at your door:
- Collection from the fulfillment warehouse and handover to the international carrier.
- Processing through the origin country's export customs facility.
- Transit via international air freight, which may involve connecting hubs.
- Arrival at the destination country's customs clearance facility.
- Transfer to the local last-mile delivery carrier in your country.
- Final delivery to your address.
Each of these stages may not be individually reflected in the tracking system in real time. It is common for a tracking number to show no movement for several days, then update with multiple entries simultaneously once the package has been scanned at a hub.
How to Track Your Order
Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use it to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's tracking portal. If you are unsure which carrier to use, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.
What If My Tracking Shows No Movement After 7 Business Days?
If your tracking number has been active for more than 7 business days and shows absolutely no movement or updates, please contact us at support@aldricvoss.com with your order number. Our team will investigate with the logistics partner and provide you with a status update within 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Windows
For reference, the estimated delivery times for each region are:
- United States: 7–15 business days from dispatch.
- Canada: 10–18 business days from dispatch.
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Western Europe: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Eastern Europe: 10–20 business days from dispatch.
These windows begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please account for the 2–5 business day processing period before dispatch when calculating your expected arrival date.
